Participants will meet with GEAR UP Professional Development staff; assess program progress towards GEAR UP goals for cohort students at the site level; and identify areas of material, experiential, and professional developmental need that they feel would help...advance progress towards meeting GEAR UP goals within the project term. Finally, participants will commit to action towards GEAR UP goals by choosing targeted options from a selection of Instructional Strategies and/or College- and Career-Going Culture messages to incorporate into their instruction or interaction with students in the coming weeks.
